Our long term commitment to fun & safety for dogs and their people resulted in our successful "Fun & Fitness" cross-training program a few years back.  While great for starters, it just wasn’t enough for us.  We wanted to bring our enthusiasm for exercising with our furry best friends as well as nutrition for people and dogs to a broader spectrum of the local population.

Our 10week program “Fun & Fitness 4 People & Paws” is having great response.  Some of our current students who are trialing or looking to trial in the future know that they need to lose weight, gain agility, be more flexible, have greater stamina or all of these to be competitive and be a good partner for their dogs.  For others, their dogs need a bit of conditioning and/or nutritional guidance to be competitive.

The greatest response has been from non-students, the community at large. “Dog Parents” who want to build a better stronger relationship with their dogs while building a healthier life style for themselves and their pets in a group of like-minded people for whom the “dog park” may not be their first choice.  We’ve even had a few people, who don’t yet have a dog ask to enroll in our program because it “sounded like fun”!

We know there is no one-size solution for every team. In our program you'll work with a "people" trainer and "agility" trainer with track records of success and strong commitments to understanding your needs and building the best program to achieve your fitness goals in a realistic and effective manner.

Did you know?  That if you changed nothing else in your life and just added a 30 minute dog walk, 5 days a week to your schedule for 1 year.............that the average person would lose 14 lbs as well as gain fitness.

How would you answer these questions?
Do I always plan my meals or rarely plan ahead?

I never skip meals?

I snack a lot whether I am hungry or not?

I always battle/never battle between what I think I should eat and what I chose to eat?

I always/never walk my dog when it's hot, cold raining?

My dog and I always/never spend a lot of time together on the sofa watching Animal Planet or other favorites?

My dog has no structured meal routine? Is very structured?

My dog is a "free feeder"?

Begging plays/does not play a huge role in my dogs diet?

I often/never share my own snacks with my dog.  He loves ice cream (substitute your favorite snack) as much as I do?

We can help you find the best path for you and your dog toward eating for health, energy and that new level of fitness you are seeking.
